Returns & Exchanges

At Mod + Jo, we want you to love your pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom designs and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the label and securely package your jewelry in its original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
